- If you receive a part, other than the part number
you specified
in your order, we will refund your money. You must return
the
incorrect part for refund. If you buy any Window fashion and
do not receive the correct Set of blinds, we will Refund your
money. Or we will Replace it with the correct Set@no charge.
Again, return the window coverings to receive your refund/
replacement.If for any reason you are unhappy with your Window
Fashion, you may return them for another Set,but you must pay
1/2 of the original cost of the window fashion purchased. And
the New window fashion you've Choosen must be of equal Value.
- There will be a $30 re-stocking charge for all
rod orders cancelled
and sent back
- There is a $15 re-stocking fee on Parts returned*

Mounting
into a Wood Frame or Thin Metal Backed by Wood:
(Outside-Mount)
Center the headrail over
your opening,take a pencil and circle the mounting
holes as a template for pre drilling a very small hole for either a plastic
insert
or a wood screw.
Insertion into wood, with a very small pilot
hole, when you place the headrail up to the holes and drill the wood
screw in,it will be very easy. Do not drill the pilot hole too big.
(Inside Mount)
Headrail should clip into mounted brackets, these brackets
should be centered on the top inside edge of the window frame. Please be
aware of the distance you set the brackets inside the frame, as you turn
your
verticals, you don't want your slats hitting the window as they open.
Plastic Inserts : Instructions
are the same as above with one exception,
the proper place for plastic inserts, are Drywall or plaster board, surfaces.
To mount the plastic insert
into the wall, that will hold your mounting
brackets into the wall. Take the insert in hand and look at it from the
side, then taking a drill bit and making sure the drill bit diameter is
1/3rd
smaller than the inserts. Place the tip of the insert into the hole and
gently
tap the end with a small mallet or hammer so that it sits flush with
the wall.

Metal Stud houses will use
plastic inserts, unless mounting directly
into the Stud. If so, simply use a sheet metal type screw.

store:

My wife and I recently purchased Graber blinds from our local
Lowe's store.
Unfortunately, the blind specialist at Lowe's who ordered our blinds did
not take into account
that we were mounting the blinds on the outside of the skylights. The blinds
are too wide to fit inside
the skylight and not wide enough to properly mount the siderails to support
the blind.

I was initially delighted when I ordered 12 CrystalPleat
shades for my newly constructed sunroom!
They would be the perfect decorator touch it needed! I ordered them thru
our local
HOME DEPOT store. I selected the color (NUANCE-Shimmer - 1106) based upon
the
sample in the GRABER sample book that I borrowed from the store. The sample
which I
took home went well with our newly painted peach walls both in daylight
and at
night. However, upon opening the package, I was horrified to discover that
the headers
and bases were "pink"! No where in your documentation were the
colors for these depicted.
The only reference to them was that would be "coordinated" to
the shades. Obviously, if
I had been alerted to this vital fact , I would NOT have selected "Shimmer"!!
Now I have 12 shades that are not usable since the headers and bottoms
clash with
the rooms' peach walls and woodwork!
Vertical Cleaning Instructions
:
- Fabric Louvers:
- Require only periodic Vacuuming. For
Soiled fabrics, we recommend
a gradual progression through the following :
1. Let the Soil dry & try to gently
pick it off the fabric.
2. Gently scrub w/warm water.3.Gently
Scrub w/warm water & a mild detergent such as
dish washing liquid. 4. Air dry in a well ventilated area, not in the direct
sunlight.
Vinyl types wipe clean with a warm water,
using a soft non abrasive Cloth
